We offer both in-person and online sexual self-mastery training groups for Young Men and YSA men.
Please choose the group you would like to attend and note it on your online registration form.
Those enrolled in Sons of Helaman will have a designated “home group”. Young men are welcome to attend as many groups in a week as they would like at no additional cost. This can greatly strengthen those who feel they need extra support.
Note: all groups are listed in Mountain Standard Time – MST unless otherwise noted
Those enrolled in an online group will receive the Zoom meeting ID from the facilitator during the orientation session or in an email.

YSA (Young Single Adult) Age Men: Sons of Helaman is a self-mastery training program for young men ages 13 to 25. However, some of our older participants (19-25) prefer a YSA specific group. YSA groups are listed below and offered through both the Sons of Helaman and Men of Moroni programs. YSA groups are more “marriage-minded” or are recently returned missionaries who prefer a more “mature” group.
